Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Parkvestor ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Parkvestor is a brand operated by Lasagna LLC, which is the entity responsible for the information practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the Services and may include:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, and phone number when you submit a form or request more information.
- Usage and device information, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs, which may be collected through cookies or analytics tools.
- Deal or property details that you enter into calculators or forms, such as purchase price, NOI, or location.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for purposes such as:
- Providing, maintaining, and improving the Services.
- Responding to your inquiries, valuation requests, or other submissions.
- Analyzing how the Services are used so we can improve content and performance.
- Communicating with you about updates, features, or opportunities that may be relevant, subject to applicable laws.
3. Text Messages (SMS)
We send text messages only to people who have given express written consent by ticking the consent box on one of our forms. Providing a mobile number and agreeing to messages is never a condition of purchasing anything.
- What we send. Messages relate to the enquiry you submitted — replies to your question, scheduling, and follow-up about the property or service you asked about. Message frequency varies with your enquiry and is typically a few messages per month.
- We do not sell your mobile information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or released to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
- When your number is shared, and with whom. Parkvestor is not a licensed brokerage. When you ask to be introduced to a broker or request a valuation, we pass your enquiry — including your phone number — to the licensed partner brokerage handling it, solely so they can respond to that request. The consent box states this before you submit. We also use service providers (such as our CRM and messaging platform) that process messages on our behalf and may not use your information for their own purposes.
- Stopping messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email, and does not affect your use of the Services.
- Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We keep a record of the exact consent wording you agreed to, along with the date and originating IP address, so that what you agreed to can be shown accurately.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to understand how visitors use the Services and to improve performance. You can usually adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent, but some parts of the Services may not function properly without them.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Services (for example, hosting, analytics, or email services).
- Professional partners or advisors, when you request to be connected or when reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry.
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are treated separately and more narrowly than the rest of this section: they are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for those parties' own marketing or promotional purposes. See Text Messages (SMS) above for what we send and how to stop it.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The specific retention period may vary depending on the nature of the data and the purpose for which it was collected.
7. Your Choices
You may request that we update or delete certain information you have provided by contacting us using the information below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we cannot promise or guarantee the absolute security of your information.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
