Corning RV Park

Corning RV Park is an all-age RV community in the southern part of Tehama County, about 17 miles south of Red Bluff and 100 miles north of Sacramento. The park sits on approximately 7.26 acres along Interstate 5 and has 59 full hook-up sites with 30 and 50 amp service: 58 RV sites and 1 MH site that serves as the on-site manager's home and office.

At 8.13 sites per acre it is a low-density park, built in 1994 and well maintained, with mature almond trees and landscaping throughout.

Water comes from a private on-site well producing approximately 430 GPM, and sewer is handled by an on-site septic system with room to expand the leach field. A 160 kW solar system helps offset the park's electric costs, and Corning currently has no rent control.

Tenancies are month-to-month, and incoming RVs must be less than 10 years old or in like-new condition. Site rents average approximately $568 per month and range from $450 to $615. Water, sewer and trash are included in the rent; electric is sub-metered and billed back per kWh (B01 - B03 billed flat until meters are connected). Rents increase each year on each resident's anniversary date.

Amenities include a pet-friendly grass area by the solar arrays, laundry facility, restrooms and a playground.
